CMEUnion offers subscription-based and one-time purchase options. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CMEUnion and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website.

6. CME Certification

CMEUnion provides Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits that are compliant with EU standards. While we make every effort to ensure our courses meet accreditation requirements, it is the responsibility of the User to verify that the credits are accepted by their relevant licensing or certification bodies.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CMEUnion, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
